HOYNISE tips to make your tea less bitter: 1. Don’t over-brew the tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes, or less for beginners. 2. Use high quality loose-leaf tea, which releases fewer bitter than tea bag. 3. Reduce the amount of loose leaves, a weaker cup is less bitter. 4. Adding lemon, Lemon adds fragrance to bitter tea. 5. Drink while it’s hot, hotter green tea yields less bitter flavor.
